Nearly every day I correspond with members of the NAC and Christians via phone, email, or in person. Although the NAC members I speak with generally quite ignorant of the Scriptures, other Christians are generally somewhat well versed in the Bible yet they are generally unwilling to obey the commands found therein. Consistent with our “liberation” culture, nobody – including our Creator – can tell them what they can and cannot do.
The excuses for their disobedience are many.
- We are under the grace and not under the law. Therefore grace covers their lack of willingness to obey. Therefore, instead, they believe that because they are under grace, they don’t have to obey Yah.
- We are saved by faith through grace and not of works. Therefore they equate “works” with obedience. Therefore, because they have to work to be obedient, obedience must certainly no longer be necessary for salvation, they believe.
- If they obey too diligently, they will alienate their family or their church.
- Their fathers did not obey. Therefore since they cannot bear the thought that their fathers’ fates will be the lake of fire, they will do what their fathers did.
- They cannot keep the Sabbath day because they have don’t want to be like the Jews.
- They cannot give up the beastly holidays Christmas and Easter because their families would think they are weird.
- They cannot give up eating ham because they just love the taste.
- They cannot give up eating genetically modified foods because that would take too much effort.
- They cannot give up observing Sabbath on the “venerable die Solis” (Sunday) because their church meets on that day.
- They cannot stop breaking the command not to use His name falsely because the people who translated their Bibles used the names “God,” “Lord,” and “Jesus,” and in their minds, traditions are more important than truth.
- They cannot give up rock and roll music because – well, for what ever reason…..
- And the list goes on and on.
However, obeying the commandments of Yah is the proof that we love Him, as we read in 1 John chapter 2.
My little children, I write this to you, so that you do not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Intercessor with the Father, יהושע Messiah, a righteous One. And He Himself is an atoning offering for our sins, and not for ours only but also for all the world. And by this we know that we know Him, if we guard His commands. The one who says, “I know Him,” and does not guard His commands, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoever guards His Word, truly the love of Elohim has been perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. The one who says he stays in Him ought himself also to walk, even as He walked. Beloved, I write no fresh command to you, but an old command which you have had from the beginning. The old command is the Word which you heard from the beginning.
What is the Word we heard from the beginning? The Scriptures, of course, which start at the book of Genesis.
It is this unwillingness to obey that causes their hearts to be hardened and causes them to not see the truth. Just as Eve was beguiled with a half-truth from the devil, those who believe that they need not obey Yah have also been deceived.
The most tragic part is that, even though they do not obey His commandments, they believe that they are still saved. Satan has very much deceived them. Our obedience to Yah’s commands and our remembrance of His holy days are a sign – a mark, if you will – that we belong to Him. On the other hand, observance obedience to the beast’s commands (Romanish and lawless theology) and observance of the beast’s holy days (Easter, Christmas, Lent, Sunday), are a sign – or a mark – that they belong to the beast.
Revelation chapter 14 reveals,
And I looked and saw a Lamb standing on Mount Tsiyon, and with Him one hundred and forty-four thousand, having His Father’s Name written upon their foreheads. And I heard a voice out of the heaven, like the voice of many waters, and like the voice of loud thunder, and I heard the sound of harpists playing their harps. And they sang a renewed song before the throne, and before the four living creatures, and the elders. And no one was able to learn that song except the hundred and forty-four thousand who were redeemed from the earth. They are those who were not defiled with women, for they are maidens. They are those following the Lamb wherever He leads them on. They were redeemed from among men, being first-fruits to Elohim and to the Lamb. And in their mouth was found no falsehood, for they are blameless before the throne of Elohim.
Unlike the one hundred forty four thousand that we read about in Revelation, adherents of the Christian religion perpetuate practices that are idolatrous, rebellious, and deceitful.
- Instead of being spiritual virgins who are unspotted by spiritually adulterous idolatries, they choose rather to incorporate idolatrous traditions into their worship and theology.
- Instead of following the Lamb (Yahshua Messiah) wherever He leads, they follow their church leaders wherever they lead -- even if they lead into idolatry.
- Instead of being redeemed from among men, they forsake the commands of Elohim for the sake of the traditions of men.
- Instead of having mouths in which there is no falsehood, they continue speaking and doing falsehoods by teaching and doing religious practices that are intermixed with idolatrous paganism.
- Instead of being therefore blameless before the throne of Elohim, having been branded with the signs that they belong to the beast, they will certainly meet a fate in the lake of fire – unless they repent now.
In Revelation 14:9-11, the messenger of Yah declares,
“If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark upon his forehead or upon his hand, he also shall drink of the wine of the wrath of Elohim, which is poured out undiluted into the cup of His wrath. And he shall be tortured with fire and sulphur before the set-apart messengers and before the Lamb. And the smoke of their torture goes up forever and ever. And they have no rest day or night, those worshipping the beast and his image, also if anyone receives the mark of his name.”
Those who will escape this fiery torment are described in the very next verse.
Here is the endurance of the set-apart ones, here are those guarding the commands of Elohim and the belief of יהושע.
So, whenever you hear somebody tell you why they cannot or should not obey the commands of Elohim, know that they are not giving you reasons based in logic and Scriptures. They are uttering a confession. They are confessing that they do not want to obey Elohim, and because they do not want to obey, they have many excuses why they will not obey.
Since Christianity seems replete with people who have many excuses why they cannot or should not obey Yah, Christianity is not the religion of the one hundred forty four thousand virgins. Christianity is merely a beastly religion for those who have one hundred forty four thousand excuses for their rebellion.
